There should be lights on the top and bottom so you don't have to flip over.
If they're aren't, then that's weird and you should go to a different tanning salon.
No, you shouldn’t have to. Most tanning beds have lights on top and bottom, or stand up sun beds have the lights all around you.
However, you can get sun beds for your homes which go over the top of your bed, so you lie on your own bed and tan. With these types, I would assume you would need to flip over to get an even tan, other wise you would only be tanned on one side
