What type of coffee bean works well for espresso and coffee?
I just purchases a Jura automatic espresso and coffee maker. It takes one bean, so I need to purchase a bean that work well for espresso and coffee. Any recommendation on the coffee bean to use?
For coffee, I'm very fond of Columbian or Guatemalan beans. I used to get whole beans from Blue Bottle - Giant steps was my favorite - but they were quite expensive for such small bags. Then I discovered Trader Joe's giant jars of Columbia Supremo beans. These are incredibly delicious. And the picture of the brightly colored Toucan bird on the label brings memories of Brazil. A win!
