Why not post more information within your hub?
I have just been to Lagos on Holiday, I'll buy it and then rent it through Holiday Lettings...that sounds too cheap..would like to see more details on the villa.
Is £50,000 cheap? Not off-plan it isn't.
You will never catch me putting any money down for a yet to be built property in a country which earlier this year feared bankruptcy.

Is it possible to make $50,000 a year and still live really well?You pay a mortgage of $1500, pay living expenses (electric, phone, cable, food, etc.), child support ($900), and take a vacation (out of country) every other month on an income of $50,000 a year?
