Shamrock Plant SOS

Someone (who obviously doesn't know my reputation as a "plant killer") gave me a shamrock plant. It's in a darling little container, and I'd like to keep it alive as long as I can, but I don't know how much to water it or what (if anything) I should feed it. I'd really appreciate any tips to save the little guy!

First tip is that it would probably like a darling bigger pot sometime soon.  Keep it in the light but not direct sunlight, keep it watered enough that the soil when you press a finger into it feels damp not wet and otherwise leave the poor little devil alone.

Oh, thanks! I think pot size is probably one of the main reasons I kill my houseplants. I never remember to repot them:)
