I don't think there's any 'official' way to do it. Just start using your new mailing address for everything. If you have magazines or other subscriptions that use your mailing address, go to their respective websites and change your current address. Also, you could look into having your mail forwarded to the new address in case you forget to inform someone of the change. The post office or UPS can do this for you.
Get a change of address card from your local post office, fill it out and hand it to the postman. Done
