    I've seen the course as I received a preview copy and the strategies in Bulk REO Trader are ones you can do with little to no money down and without credit checks.

    Bulk REO Trader is a scam. They ARE NOT giving away houses (says so on their site... wait for the popup). I'd even be willing to bet a house that fraud charges will be filed by this time next year. They're probably already being investigated by the FTC, FBI, or SEC.

    About the credit... You don't NEED credit. You can save to buy cars, use debit cards to make reservations at hotels or for rental cars, and you can get a home loan without having a credit history (it's called manual underwriting and is performed by about 20% of mortgage companies). Dave Ramsey and David Bach are very popular authors and speakers on the topic. It takes a while to get used to. But, will make a $543,000 - $700,000 difference in the net worth of the average American household over their lifetime according to 2007 IRS statistics and current averaged interest rates.
