criminally convicted in court, and is making monthly payments towards his court-ordered restitution. the balance is in excess of $10,000, and i'd like to get this in a lump sum. is that possible? i've contacted a few companies, and none of them work with restitution cases : (
What about www.peachtreefinancial.com? Did you try them yet?
You might have to just collect the monthly payments, but I know there is companies out there that will give you a % of your balance for a fee.
Try peachtree, they work with structured settlements.
Try JG Wentworth-www.jgwentworth.com. 1800-CashNow I believe. I saw a commercial and they were singing it...It stuck in my head. ;-)
