As a prior tax expert, I would highly advise you to hire a bookkeeper or accountant. Not sure if you are in the US or talking about a US tax system, but if you have employees, there is a lot more going on than a simple deduction. There is Social security, medicare, workman's comp, etc. Most of the costs associated with operating a business are deducted from the total income received.

Are UNIONS THE ANSWER to the problems we face in our country today?Public sector unions altho related are different than private sector unions.
