How does Google transfer money that you generated through Adsense? Does they pay us monthly or yearly or only after we earn some minimum threshold set by them?
I suggest you read their documentation and policies for yourself. It's the best way to get an accurate answer.

Google pays me monthly whenever I make $100 or more the previous month. I have it set up to have Google direct deposit my money into my bank account.
When your adsense reach $100, you can get it. Google will send you check. Google also provide western union service so you can receive through your bank account. Unfortunately, not all country cannot receive western union from Google. You should check your country at Google adsense
