i filed bankruptcy before i did i settled debt with credit card companys is this still income or no
Although it is not easy to understand what you wish to express, I will try to give an answer.
Debts from a credit card or loans from any bank are no income. Borrowing is no income.
Nevertheless if you filed bancrutptcy then you certainly are not allowed to take out more debts or lets say no bank will provide you any new loans.
After you filed bankruptcy it probably would be considered as fraud if you make new debts with credit cards, because the credit card companies would not get any money when you are bankcrupt. Deppending on the Terms of Service you may have the duty to inform then.
