Claiming medical insurance premiuims.
IF my employer reimbursed me on my paystub for medical insurance premiums but then taxed me on it as income, can I claim it on my 2010 Federal taxes?
No. He taxed you because it is income. The same item cannot be both income and a deduction.
You may want to talk with your employer, however, and look into cafeteria heath benefit options.
