Actually, I am thinking about it. They give interest on deposits.

I have had an Orange savings with them for several years, and have found their customer service to be very polite and professional.

Love Them! I have been banking with them for over 7 years and love them.  they offer free ATM's, check card, savings accounts checking accounts, their sharebuilder is great for a novice investor. you can mail checks for free, they just came out with real checks if you need those. you can pay bills, transfer money.

and yes the customer service is awesome, and they have some of the best interest rates around. they are always changing them to give their customers the best rates.

they have a mobile app for both your bank accounts and sharebuilder.

opening a new or an addition account takes no time at all.

    highly recommend them.

I'm just worried about their hold policy, and them holding directly deposited work cheques?

I currently have an ING account and have had it for quite a few years now. I love it! The only drawback that I have experienced is not having paper checks. I was issued a check card only. Therefore, I am unable to use it to pay online bills that require a routing number and account number. Have never really checked to see if paper checks are available since I rarely use paper checks.

ING does a really great job of offering products that are relative to the needs and wants of customers. They stay on top of their game!!! just wish i had some $$$$ in my account!!!(lol)
