Can a person get an apartment or home after being evicted?
If a person has an eviction on their record, is there a way for them to still get an apartment. Most apartment complexes will not touch a person with that on their record, but is there something that can be done to get an apartment again and how long does one have to wait?
In england if you have a bad credit or no credit then you have to pay 6 months rent up front.
I doubt anyone will refuse a 6 month rent downpayment no matter what your history.
Money talks I suppose so if you can afford an apartment, you might try offering to pay a few months at a time. But if you were evicted, most landlords are not going to want you as a tenant even if you are financially sound now.
You might try renting a room in a house for a while to build up a good payment reputation.
