What percentage of average personal income do people spend on mobile phone airtime?
Which State does its people spends the highest chunk of their income on mobile phone airtime?
In the Philippines, the minimum wage here is around $225 a month. I think it's around 5% - 10% depending if prepaid or post paid. We have a lot of promos here from telephone companies such as unlimited calls and text messaging for the same network which exists on prepaid accounts. I personally spend 10% of my income for phone airtime since I have to call my relatives abroad at least once a month. In the office, we chose to have an extra sim to subscribe for unlimited calls for our airtime to be cheaper.
