How would I make login with paypal through hp?
repeatedly loggin with paypal , I was unable to access hub payment programme. what should I do to make it accessable?
Paypal is a place where you deposit and withdraw money - like a bank account. It is separate from HubPages. When you make enough money on HubPages ($50), on the 28th of the following month, HubPages will deposit the money into your Paypal account. Then you will log into Paypal and withdraw the funds.
To make sure that you have properly linked your paypal account with HPubPages so that HubPages can direct the money properly, just go here:
When logged into Hubpages, go to this page: https://hubpages.com/my/earnings/affiliate/
You will see it there under Payment Settings
Click Configure to enter your Paypal address to be paid.

I've been looking for a job for a while and heard that it's possible to earn a little money on Hubpages through writing articles and blogs. I found that I have to have a PayPal account in order to receive any payments and was wondering is I have to pay anything out of pocket in order to open one.
