American Urgency

Updated on February 3, 2016

By: Wayne Brown

Would it bother you much if I said the Communist have been here in this country with us for over 100 years now working toward the same goals? Can you imagine that…working toward the same goals for more than 100 years. You know how the old adage goes, “even a blind hog finds an acorn sometimes.” But these folks have been far more successful than a blind hog looking for acorns. Little by little they have wormed their way into positions in our society, positions that affect certain aspects of our culture, the aspects they want to control or manipulate as much as possible. In the name of political correctness, in the name of fairness, in the name ethnicity, in the name of civil rights, in the name of so, so many things that we Americans associate ourselves with every day, we have let them in to do their bidding. We are now beginning to see the fruits of their labors.

The struggle from state to state over textbook content is a place in which you will find them working, especially in the arena of history. You see, if they are to convert us, we must begin to get confused about who we are and from where we came. Once that confusion is in place, relieving the government of that old tired and ragged Constitution will be much more palatable for the citizens. Since the 60’s, our schools and colleges have had a healthy dose of “socialist thinkers” on the teaching staffs who are more than willing to teach an appreciation of Marxism, of the genius of Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin. They are more than willing to offer the positive aspects of communal living against a backdrop of greedy capitalism. We must be the only country in the world that allows those charged with teaching young minds to appreciate socialism over our current structure of capitalism. If you take that lightly, you apparently do not see any correlation between the great productivity of this nation and capitalism. I think if you look around the world and try to match our accomplishments and abilities with any other country, you will find the absence of capitalism has left them in a rather poor state. At any rate, our present education system has taken away any fears of socialism for our younger generations.

Democrats are beginning to leave their party, not because they have given up on their views but more because the party seems to have given up on them. In actuality, what has happened is that the liberal socialists have finally gained control of the Democratic Party and the shift in thinking has moved abruptly to the far left. The Communist would like to control both parties and may at some point but for now the Democrats will do for making headway.

Much of the newspapers and media outlets in this country are of a liberal bend. Do you really think that is just a coincidence especially in light of journalism being a profession structured to report more so than shape the news? Do you really believe it is just “big business” taking over that part of the business world for gain and profit? Let’s add two plus two and see what we get. The most successful television news network by far now is Fox News. Fox says they are fair and balanced yet most conservatives feel much more comfortable with how they present the news. Others are outraged and call Fox all kinds of names. Well, here’s the math. If you are not espousing what Americans want to hear then how could you possibly be the most successful television news network? If the liberal voices represent the “majority thinking”, then why is Fox News’ ratings not in the toilet? If viewership is what it’s all about in this capitalist society of ours, then why are CNN, MSNBC, and the major networks not scurrying to the that side of the equation to improve their lot? Why? It comes down to who controls them. Obviously those who do control them do not care as much for profit as they do about how they influence the news and the people watching it. In this case, you can follow the money to Fox but you can’t follow the math to the others as things just don’t add up.

Arizona’s southern border is leaking people as badly as a BP well leaks oil. Literally millions are now in this country illegally living off the fruits of our society and our taxpayer dollars. At the same time, there are factions both inside the current government and outside it who will settle for nothing less than full amnesty for these people, numbered as high as 20 million by some estimates. That amnesty would provide citizenship and full voting rights. Now, this issue alone becomes part of a two-prone goal that when successful will 1. Flood the voter rolls with “un-oriented” voters who do not have America’s best interest in mind 2. It will create a significant voting block which will keep people in office who are willing to dismantle our society, for example, rid us of that old tired Constitution and on and on. This is the watering-down that reduces the resistance significantly for those who desire to forward the goals of the Communist.

America needs to make a right turn and quickly. We need leaders who will put a stop to all this “reform” and “change” that has no other value than to shift the situation in favor of more socialist control. We need to stop the chaos. We have chaos in almost every corner of our government at present: financial, judicial, legislative, immigration, environmental emergencies, and raging out of control debt. If that does not make sense to you then perhaps you should stop and consider that conspiracies are most successfully carried out when they are executed in an environment of chaos and emergency. No one has time to think and everyone is demanding actions though few are stopping to see what the results of that action may be. It is a proven method and it works….just take a look at the Kennedy assassination.

Time is running short. We must see the leading edge of a political shift in the mid-term elections of November and in the General Election of 2012. This will be our best opportunity to take back our country. That window of opportunity may be closed forever after the 2012 elections. At that point, any change will have to come from more difficult and less peaceful means.

@Hi-Jinks...Thanks for your comment. I will look at it as you suggest and see what is there. If it has any merit, then maybe I will write about it although I can assure you that I have little or no interest in writing about a bunch of hippies living in a communal configuration who sit around the campfire at night and romanticize about the writings of Marx. That is far from what we have going on here in this country today but it certainly represents the roots from where it grows. Thanks again for your visit. WB

Do the research on why it failed. It is a very simple reason. I been there and understood the place. Your fear has nothing to do with it.

@Hi-Jinks....I think you do those you read my articles an injustice to insinuate that they are stuck in the 1950's and require some fear stimulus from me to be aroused. I reviewed your link for whatever correlation that it has to this discussion of which I found very little. The threat to America is not some isolated story of a communist village of Swedish immigrants that was established in Illinoise only to fail for reasons probably unstated in the story. The dangers to America are far more widespread than that situation. In the 1950's America was stupid enough to believe that a Communist could not be recognized by his stripes. Today, we know better and we know the animal when we see and we see it a lot today. I don't know what your stand or intent is on this issue but I welcome your comments as long as you keep a civil tongue and respect the other folks who choose to read the material posted here. I would love nothing more than to believe that all is right with America...I am really that sort of guy. But, what I see going on today is glaring and absolutely disturbing to my roots as an American. I will continue to speak out against it and I hope that you will take a little broader look at the situation than some Swedish village in western Illinois. Thank you for your visit and your comments. Is the 1950's over yet? You need a fear to warm up your supportors.

@Petra Vlah...Petra, I don't disagree with your assessment and the potential of corrupt future politicians. I just do not want us to make it easy for them by looking the other way. They have certainly accomplished that step within the education process. Thanks for the read and the comments! WB

The media has always been a propaganda tool that will put whatever spin on reporting the news. Most people are too busy trying to figure out how to pay bills and survive the day, so their interest for long term possibilities is limited by the immediat danger; the worse part is that only very few make the connections you mention.

Even if we get rid of all the present politicians, chances are the next ones will be no better (look at Brown) Washington is infested by corruption, greed and unlimited desire for power; it all becomes contagious.

And I agree with you: the braiwashing begins at an early age and the education system is a disaster in more ways than one. It will take more than just new elections to fix the problems of today and avoid the ones of tomorrow. God helps us all.

Maybe I am wrong in saying this, but who "they" choose to rule will be the one that is picked...the real winners may be robbed at the ballet box. Who of us has the ability to really know the truth of it? You would have to be an insider in a million places.

@saddlerider1....Thank you for the great comments, Ken. I am glad to be back. I do view things on the road but commenting is to difficult with texting. This particular hub is ironic in that I have wrote it over one week ago and put it away because I did not think it had a message. I came home and read it again and decided to go with it. The response has been amazing...the message was far stronger than I could imagine. It swells my heart to hear so many people agreeing that America needs to change and move back toward the values that we understand and were based on in the first place. Obama and company are doing their best to convince America that our value system is old and antiquated and does not work. I hope we make him pay dearly for that as well as all who support him and this poison that he is spewing over America. I did not always agree with Bush but I did feel that the man did what was best for America and what he really believed as a man of God. Obama cannot make a decision when things go wrong until he can see how things are lining up on either side of the line...then he tries to move with the majority if it supports his agenda. This man was raised in a Communist household. His entire belief system is subconsciously formed around those values. A leopard cannot change its spots. WB

@sheila b.....I think you are correct and I applaud you for thinking for yourself and stepping away when things did not make sense. We need less sheep in America. There are some strong Republican women out there with traditional family values. I think they are serious contenders and I know that I would vote for them. We need to demand candidates who have these values which are far more important than name recognition. McCain sits on the fence too much and the only reason that I think we saw him in the last election was that it was "his turn" as an elder statesman to run. Those days are over, we have to have honest, competent, leadership that believes in American values and invests in the history of our heritage as a great nation. Thanks much Sheila! WB

@50Caliber...Dusty, your points are well-taken. For years I have had fears that the ballot boxes were being stuffed in some areas. Now I fear that it is wide-spread and could get worse. Both Parties are leary of this emerging Tea Party and it may very well create a new angle on politics in America. It may finally bring out the true patriot instead of just a voter. We must get control of this chaos in America for it is the smoke screen that distracts while all the backroom dealings are going on. As shown in the Kennedy assassination, if you create enough chaos, you can be the shooter and walk right down the middle of the street while everyone else is caught up in the craziness of the act. We need to get our heads on straight, think with our brain, and watch with our eyes and don't let anyone tell us what we are seeing. There's treason in our midst! WB

@tony0724...Tony, you are so right. The Republican Party needs to pull its act together or I see the splinter group Tea Party gaining a significant ground with party constituents. The attack of racism on the Tea Party is indigitive of the serious impact it is already having. The liberals hope that by labeling it they can cause people to shy away. I think the other panic on their part is that black America is beginning to turn off on Obama and look toward the likes of the Tea Party...that could be devastating for the liberal voting blocks. I hope America is starting to wake up. If they are, it will be glorious! Thanks for your comments! WB

Wayne you have definitely nailed the problems that have beset us starting with the education aspect. I read a book awhile back called " One Party Classroom " that explains the problem with higher education. We seem to be coming to a point in our societies history where there is no room for moderates. And most people are moderates by nature. Now you have to go either hard left or hard right, basically you have to choose a side ! And November is going to end up being one of the most important elections of modern times. If the left wins , we are sunk ! Fortunately it seems right now that is not the case. But there are still 16 weeks left, so the conservatives among us really need to get out and vote like never before. The only thing at stake is our country !

Wayne, it's been rolling strong since the Hoover administration boldly gave us the raw deal, it was new alright, so new that no one except the perpetrators knew what they had just done. I have the benefit of being old enough to recognize this current push is the end game of the Hoover administrations first steps. It was a bold move to make criminals out of folks for owning gold, but it was effective and you can measure it by the fact that only a dozen or so known gold eagle coins still exist. People rolled over in complete faith in a crooked system that was introduced. Now we see a blatant push of many times the magnitude of that system, going on now. Americans are armed to the teeth and it makes us the largest pimple on the ass of their plans. We have 50% at least, among us that upon demand will roll over and give up the only right/privilege, really, that we have that will ensure that we can keep a partial semblance of the rest. This election coming will mark the direction that we are headed, either way the battle will be beginning for Americans to take it back with,or to take it back with out the help of capital hill. One will be by paper the other will be bloody, now is the time to push by phone, mail and email the peaceful agenda of stopping this crap, starting with stopping the appointment of the obama supreme court nominee. She is a hinge pin of breaking the court against the American way. Congress doesn't represent us as they should, when the people speak, congress should act and represent, instead they are letting to much of their job be decided by a group of justices. A trend that has been, but started showing openly when they were allowed to appoint Bush to the presidency, over a disputed election that should have fallen to the people even if it required a do over. I got the result I wanted by them but that still doesn't make the way the system worked right. 50

I'm a democrat who turned away from the party. Through the years I've watched the party go in a direction I didn't like. During the Obama campaign I occasionally visited with a group of very active democratic women, and once listened to them criticize Sarah Palin for giving birth to a baby with Down's syndrome. I spoke up, saying, "I'm pro-choice, and to me that means it was her choice." No one said a word. After that I began to pay more attention to the candidates, listened to what they said, and became leery of Obama. Hillary is no different. And John McCain isn't far different, either. So what now? I think it's the Republican women who will do what needs to be done. They see the danger for their children and grandchildren.

Wayne first I want to welcome you back from your road trip. It's been strange not seeing a hub appear almost every day from you:0) Welcome my fellow writer.

It's to bad the hubs you have written and still are writing about the plight of your beautiful country may fall on deaf ears. The hubs is a small medium to reach out to the many millions more who need to read your writings about changes and immediate action needed to correct the many problems on the sad political front in your country.

I to fear that our education system in a lot of countries has been infiltrated by communist thinking and beliefs. Socialism is disguised but the real meaning is Communism. I have witnessed dramatic changes and styles of teachings in our schools and have been to school meetings to argue out radical ideas being brought into the school curriculum by some teachers.

Remember the aim is to control the minds of children that's where it begins, mind and thinking process control. Communists have proven this technique works and all dictators aim at CONTROL. Hitler and Mao were prime examples of mind control of the innocent children.

I hope somehow your hubs are being reached by many and that strong people step forward like yourself and help make the difference for your next election, and take back your country and it's ideals.

Your founding fathers graves are now at unrest as they are witnessing a dark time in your country's politics. I for one hope it's not to late. I for one feel that we are at the eleventh hour and unless positive change appears, your country may not be able to turn off the ticking time bomb on the clock.

A very good hub as usual Wayne and I support your sentiments as many patriots in your country do I am certain of that. Peace

@Bpop...Poppy, Americans have had so many chances to recover after running off the road that many of them are willing to close their eyes and turn their backs to this attack on our nation. These actions are just another form of terrorism if you have sense enough to be afraid of where the actions lead. We are truly being attacked within our own borders as I write this. WB

@Join Douglas...the parents are the only ones left to teach it now Joni. Even if a teacher wanted to, the schools probably will not allow it in the scope of the curriculm and lesson plan. Socialism never dies.

@FCEtier...FC short of the parents teaching it, I think we are too late. Our teachers in the classroom may well be young enough not to have any fears of the socialist agenda. This is truly the definition of a mind game. Thank you for the read. I debate posting this one as I was not sure as to whether it was worthy. Your comments have changed my mind! WB

Exactly Wayne. The left started in the schools, turning a blind eye to the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. This is where we should also focus. Teaching our young what the Constitution means for them and their future. It is an amazing collection of words and ideas that shouldn't be ignored.

@Tom are exactly right Tom...time (and what little of it) is all we have left. We have to change directions quickly! WB

@Pamela99...Pam, we have to get to these kids and tell them of the dangers somehow. They romanticize Marxism as a utopian society just like the "love children" of the 60's. Between the illegale vote that is going to dilute our society and the young people who have no reference, this country is in a lot of trouble! WB
