Beyond Reaction, Is Redirection
Create from the inner space that exists
Beyond the extremes of Dying without understanding,
And living without knowing what you really are capable of...
It is important to always look for the lesson in any situation. If you become swept up in what is going on you lose the very real and personal lesson that is happening for you. Tune in to your reaction, slow down, Feel it. Fear is one of our oldest emotional feelings and it serves such an important function. That function is the redirection of our attention. If you are stuck in the reaction, you are paralyzed and cannot make choices. Redirect your reaction into what you actually fear instead of saying I am fearing what is outside of me. This reaction is in me and it is happening because there is something I want to know.
I turn towards the fear, I reach it, I touch it.
It is vibrating........... like a fluttering wing, a spasming muscle.
When I feel it, it feels me and it sees that it is being faced, it drops it's scary nature, just like an animal coming out of attack mode. It only wanted to know something. It wanted safety or to address a concern, or it wanted to be acknowledged and felt, that's what it wanted.
From the inner realization, expand back on the world.
This world is in the process of learning, and concerns are being addressed. There is time now, we needed time, time to be heard.
Time to talk. Time to connect with ourselves. Time to focus not on material gain but on creating from the space that exists....... beyond being either paralyzed by fear or numb to it.
