Sonia Gandhi :- Born of Stefano Maino and Paola Maino she is an Italian Indian politician.She was born on 9 December, 1946 at Lusians in Italy.Her full name is Antonia Edvige Albina Maina.She was spouse of Rajib Gandhi.She studied at Bell Educational Trust.She has been srving Congress as President of the Indian National Congress party since 1998.
Narendra Damodardas Modi : - The 15th Prime Minister of India Narendra Damodardas Modi is from Bharatiya Janata Party. He was the Chief Minister of Gujarat state from 2001 to 2014.Born of Heeraben Modi and Damodardas Mulchand Modi on 17 September, 1950 in Vadnagar, he was prime ministerial candidate for BJP in 2014 Loksabha.She studied at Gujarat University, University of Delhi .

Sense of Unity in Diversity
This is how a rivalry met each other in unity. Fair, festivals has very significant role in forming unity in diversity. May they bear various kind of thoughts which are contradictory to each other.But what Navaratri made , made them celebrate together a holy occasion.Here in India there are cultures and cultures but each and every cultures are observed by each and every person.This is what we call unity in diversity.There are different parties,different religions,different rituals,different geographies ,different languages but there are always a sense of unity.This is why India is a peacefull peaceloving country. This incident reminds our culture
A rare scene was seen when two great competitors were celebrating a festival in an unanimous manner. This can only be happened on the occasion of celebrating cultures and festivals. Two leaders from two rival parties are rare to be seen sharing one platform in India.But this happened in New Delhi when Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan ,former Prime Minister Manmohan Sing ,Congress President Sonia Gandhi were present to observe Dussehra in New Delhi.There were a waving gathering around the stage which was constructed to celebrate the occasion.
Placce :- It was Delhi where the said ceremony has been stated above.In North Delhi , there was Subhash Maidan where the celebration took place.President of India, Pranab Mukherjee and Vice President Hamid Ansari led the occasion.Mukherjee said ,” The day symbolizes victory of good over evil.It inspires us to face difficulties.Come let us work together for development.”
Celebration/Occasion : Leaders from rival parties were called to lit the lamp to introduce the ceremony.
‘Burning of Ravana’ is celebrated. Ravana is the demon who abducted Sita. Sita is the wife of Rama. Rama is an epic hero and considered as god by Hindus. Kumbhakarna is the brother of Rama.Meghnath is the son of Ravan.Both Kumbhakarna and Meghnad assisted Ravan in his vice act helping him in war. Thus in Dussehra Ravan is burnt. With Ravan Kumbhakarna and Meghnad are also burnt. Actually effigies of them are burnt. Ravan had ten heads each of which symbolizes evil doing trait.
But before that white pigeons which are symbols of Peace are released by the guests. Bow and arrow, sword, trident and mace are considered to be traditional weapons. The organizers presented these traditional weapons to the leaders.
Dressing :- PM Modi wore saffron kurta and green jacket.Dr Singh wore white kurta-payjama.
