Societal Classes
Societal Class
I noticed, maybe a little too late but also at a very tender age that just as our fingers are not equal so were the inhabitants of earth, men and women alike. Children too were no exemption.
This is inequality is called class and the inequality stinks!
Just like the middle finger longest there is a first class or the highest class:- a bunch of, permit me to say, adamant idiots(most of them) who believe they own the world because they own the government, they control the politicians(those who aren't politicians themselves), they own the churches and the schools, and the light and the roads. They have made us their slaves, giving us only small proportions of what we rightly own and making us shake tails to ask for the rest of our share. They say the law is Superior, well guess what? They are the law!
Then the lower class:- this is the last class, the lowest rank. In a system were the rich and mighty are regarded as His Majesty and his family, this class is taken to be made up of "mere commoners", people who are not up to the standards of even the Kings servants. It is these people "dogs" who have to wag tails to be scraps. They are looked down upon like filth. Humans who have no right to breathe the same air they breathe for lack of the basic requirements. They are the homeless children hawking for a living, the woman under the bridge struggling to keep her children alive, the unemployed graduate who has refused to corrupt his mind. They are humans like you and I, like us, like them under one creator.
The middle class:- the mediators, the middle men, vigilantes, the Robin Hoods. Activists, people privileged to have but have refused to bow to the King's orders.
It's funny actually what this class is based on; money, fame, tribe, complexion(in the case of racism), dressing and other forms of "necessity".
Our lives are being controlled by mere notes, by ranks, by colour, by fellow humans beings who tell us when to breathe and how to speak, when to laugh and how to cry, when to love and how to live.
And we have chosen to sit and watch, arms crossed, mouths closed.
