To Govern or Not to Govern: The Tea Party Gone Wild

With all of the GOP/Tea Party rhetoric about what President Obama's Administration is or isn't doing, certain GOP members are playing a major role in the process. As GOP/Tea Party members on the Federal or national level speak to the insanity, they encourage state and local politicians to take up the insanity.

For the sake of argument, the GOP/Tea Party mouthpieces of misinformation and distrust of government, is playing on the GOP's fear for their radio show's ratings. Their dissemination of misinformation, distortions and outright lies, they are reaching the masses of uninformed listeners. Thereby tainting their views to go against things that are or might actually be in their own best interests under adverse circumstances..

To those average hard working Americans that listen to the ranting and ravings of the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly and GOP Pundits at Fox News, please wake up. Because not a single one of the aforementioned individuals including Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, Ted Cruz, or Marco Rubio are talking about doing anything that may help or benefit you, should you lose your job, get sick and/or have your home foreclosed on.

They've got their interests covered do you? Because neither one of them will/would give the average person a single solitary dime should some misfortune or bad luck befall them. Lost your job, oh well get your unemployment until you find another. Developed an illness, take your chances with Medicare or Medicaid. Your home got foreclosed on, tough cookie rent until you can afford another one.

With unnecessary legislation in areas such as; new Voter ID Laws, and Women's health issues to distract the public's attention from the things that are needed to be done immediately if not sooner. Trying to do an end run around Roe V. Wade, which is an issue that could be address but at a later date.

Worrying about a recent fertilize egg becoming an embryo and having legal rights, while first graders, movie-goers, religious worshipers and college students are being killed by mentally disturbed persons with assault style weapons.

New Voter ID (Suppression) laws to stop less than (.001% Nationally) or some other minuscule number of voter fraud cases is an utter waste of time and energy. Instead of working with President Obama to create new jobs for those of us that have to make ends meet every month. Or struggling from paycheck to paycheck to cover their families basic needs (i.e. food, shelter, clothing and transportation).

The GOP / Tea Party is selling a faulty bill of goods and the misinformed, disenfranchised and a certain demographic of people are buying or entertaining this nonsense.
