2016 Future of the Possible

The 2016 Future of the Possible are the significant events forecast based on the planetary energy configuration, energy cycle, energy manifestation and character of the embedded planetary intelligence reflected in the Geo-magnetic, electromagnetic, and geophysical dynamic movements of the elements of earth, water, fire, air, metal and wood.

Energy configuration is reflected in the specific year as expressed in the I Ching within the 60-year cycle. The configuration reflects the “personality” of the year with its attributes, strengths and weaknesses.

As reflected in the ancient Chinese knowledge system of the I Ching or Book of Change the forecasting of certain events is made possible. The cyclical nature of events within the periodic cycle enables us to determine the recurrence of certain events. The character of the energy manifestation determines the specific physical mode by which the event is experienced by those affected, whether in a beneficial or in an adverse manner.

The I Ching is an ancient forecasting technology that has been used for over a thousand years in China by philosophers, seers and astrologers who have been studying nature, the universe, and the unfolding events in our planet. It has been called the oldest of all classic divination systems by Paul O’Brien in the “History of the I Ching” and one of the oldest books in our planet.

In September 2015, I started a study of making a forecast of events for 2016 as related to geographic earth-shaking events that included man-made fires, explosions, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and even flooding in unlikely places. In December 2015, I completed a forecast study for 2016 under the theme, The Future of the Possible.

On January 11, 2016 before the coming of the Year of the Major Fire Monkey, I published my study at HubPages.com that was titled, “I Ching oracle speaks about 2016.” It was updated on April 17, 2016 with just a minor change of correcting the spelling of a word. Validation of 2016 Forecasts

From February 8, 2016 the start of the Year of the Major Fire Monkey to about the last quarter of 2016, I monitored world events especially those related to the predictions made in study. In April, I was joined by Brian Bingil, a former classmate at the Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute who alerted me with additional information on magnitude 6+ earthquake events and volcanic eruptions happening every week in any part of the world.

Because of the series of world events that were happening almost on a weekly basis, we were able to gather materials and news reports from reliable sources that validated the predictions made in the first study published in January 2016. On April 28, 2016, I published “Validating the Predictions Made Under the I Ching: Part One” at HubPages.com where we cited the events that validated my predictive statements (See http://hubpages.com/politics/Validating-the-Predictions-Made-Under-the-I-Ching-Part-One#)

The following five predictive statements published in HubPages.com were validated:

Predictive Statement 1: The Fire element is strong this year, and while it is not going to be a global conflagration, local fires would be common. Safety awareness to prevent accidents that would lead to deadly fires must be instituted at all levels of society. Even before the arrival of the Major Fire Monkey on February 8, 2016 we are already seeing deaths on the local level due to fires. We would also see a number of forest fires in other countries.

Validation:

Short-Term Validation

The 3-month validation period included the major fires that occurred in Metro Manila, Cebu and some parts of the Philippines, the 3 major forest fires in the US, the fires in UK and in Europe. This does not include fire events after April 2016 until December 2016.

Additional Data

Forest fires burn 119,000 acres in 8 Southeastern states. November 20, 2016.

Predictive Statement 2: The eruption of ten active volcanoes in 2015 has enhanced the interconnectedness of volcanic pathways underneath the earth, as magma energy flows within the “ring of fire.” There is a strong likelihood these active volcanoes would erupt in greater intensity in 2016, and would be added by other more active volcanoes along the Pacific Ring of Fire. These include: the Villarica and Calbuco in Chile, Bulusan, Kanlaon and Mayon in the Philippines; Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii, Wolf Volcano in Ecuador; Sinabung, Kelud and Sangeang Api in Indonesia; Piton de la Fournaise at Reunion Island, Colima in Western Mexico, Tungurahua in Ecuador, Etna and Stromboli in Italy, Bardarbunga in Iceland, Mount Ontake in Japan, Pico do Fogo in Cape Verde, Pavlof in Alaska and Fuego in Guatemala that erupted only in January 3, 2016.

Colima Volcano in Mexico erupted February 22, 2016.

Mt. Kanlaon in Negros Island, Philippines erupted March 29, 2016. PAGASA and local news.

In the web, The Atlantic has the one of the most comprehensive reports on volcanic eruptions for 2016.

In 2016, erupting volcanoes included Tungurahua volcano in Ecuador, Villarrica in Chile, Mount Sinabung in Indonesia, Piton de la Fournaise on Réunion Island, Kilauea on Hawaii, Pavlof Volcano in Alaska, Mount Bromo in Indonesia, Nyiragongo in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia’s Erta Ale volcano, and more. Collected below are scenes from the wide variety of volcanic activity on Earth over the past year. 2016: The Year in Volcanic Activity by Alan Taylor, December 14, 2016.

About 9 volcanoes included in Predictive Statement 2 were validated and confirmed to have erupted.

Predictive Statement 3: Magnitude 6.5 to 6.9 could occur in New Caledonia, Baia Formosa Brazil, Papua Guinea, and Vanuatu, Southern Philippines, the southeastern part of Indonesia, the southern part of Malaysia and the coastal areas of Uruguay, including possibly, Chile and California by the 2nd Quarter of 2016. Earthquakes of Magnitude 2.5 to 4.5 would continue to occur on a daily basis in different parts of the earth.

Validation:

Data coming from World Earthquakes.com ( http://www.world-earthquakes.com/index.php?option=eqs&year=2016) showed the following:

Chile, Magnitude 7.6 / December 25, 2016

Indonesia, Magnitude 6.6 / October 19, 2016

Indonesia, Magnitude 6.7 / December 21, 2016

Papua, New Guinea, Magnitude 6.5 / February 8, 2016

Papua, New Guinea, Magnitude 6.7 / August 31, 2016

Papua, New Guinea, Magnitude 6.8 / October 17, 2016

Papua, New Guinea, Magnitude 7.9 / December 21, 2016

Vanuatu, Magnitude 6.9 / April 3, 2016

Vanuatu, Magnitude 6.7 / April 6, 2016

Vanuatu, Magnitude 6.6 / April 7, 2016

Vanuatu, Magnitude 6.5 / April 14, 2016

Vanuatu, Magnitude 7.0 / April 28, 2016

Predictive Statement 4: 2016 is going to be a year that is ripe for explosions, whether from volcanic eruptions or manmade explosions. Increased earth-based explosions such as volcanic eruptions and industrial fires will in all likelihood dominate the global scene after the New Moon in February and will continue to become an awesome experience and a spectacle on a bi-monthly basis, reaching its peak by the 3rd quarter of June 2016.

Predictive Statement 5: Turbulent storms, typhoons and tornadoes would still bring floods death and damage to the environment, most likely on or before the 6th month of the lunar year which is July. The months previous to July will also experience a number of damaging splash cycles in Europe, Asia, the US and the Asia Pacific. The explosive combinations between Fire and Water could lead to unexpected and surprising scenarios in places not prominently known to the global public.
