Who does run the world? - Part Two

I finished the article by stating that in Part Two we will examine how that power is used to manipulate and deceive the people of planet earth,

I may even be able to keep that promise!

However even in the short time between Parts One and Two, many changes have taken place, so let's just see where this article takes us....

You wake up in the early hours of the morning when there are alarm bells ringing through the neighbourhood, there is no bedside light, the air con has stopped, your wife and children are in a panic, and you have no clue what to do.

The very loud announcement that is being played from the armoured truck that is slowly driving around your neighbourhood, informs you that a State of Emergency has been declared and ALL citizens are to stay in their homes, keep away from window and only leave when an authorised police officer or soldier tells you what to do.

No electricity means you are hot or cold depending on where you live, there is no internet or satellite television and you cannot even make a cup of coffee.

You hear a shouted warning to "stay where you are" and then a round of gunshots, and hurry to your door to see that your buddy from down the road has been shot in his driveway, the soldiers and police surrounding his body do not see you, and you duck back inside.

You are petrified, confused, and living in a chaotic environment that all your comfort years have left you incapable of dealing with.

Your (now dead) buddy was a survivalist, gun trained, ex army (though in supplies not combat divisions) and had a house full of guns and emergency rations. His blood runs red on the street, and yours runs cold in your veins.

At 6am the power returns, and hope springs eternal as you drink the first coffee of what will prove to be a very long day.

The News programs are telling you the truth..... they have no idea what is happening..... and selected newscasters have been picked up from their homes and given prepared scripts to read, and not deviate from. In their studios sits a team from HLS who watch and monitor every move and word, they have a guy in the control room with his hand on the button that cuts transmission.

The network owners have 'agreed' to their network being controlled by HLS for National Security reasons, though they are no better informed what those issues are.

All the stations you can reach state the same information, slanted slightly differently according to the political bias that the station normally displays.

The internet is down completely, no access, nothing happening at all, and the broadcasters inform you that this is a security measure also, and that 'normal' service will be continues as soon as practicable.

By 10am you start hearing gunshots in greater frequency, as the militias start probing the 'authorities' soldiers and police lines, helicopter gunships sweep over the town and explosions are heard alongside 50 calibre machine guns flown on high.

The broadcasters continually inform you to stay home, stay away from windows and not to leave your premises unless accompanied by an official escort.

You begin to wonder whether that is a suggestion that you go quietly when the 'escorts' arrive, and start thinking of whether you could escape from your home and run somewhere safer.

The network shows copy of news shot (literally) earlier, when two cameramen had been shot for refusing to stop when told to do so. The official story is that the soldiers mistook their cameras for RPG launchers and as rogue elements of the local militia were operating in the area, opened fire.

The tragic killings were much regretted, but were blamed upon the local militia for disobeying orders from the elected officials.

You wonder who elected the Homeland Security guys.

Far fetched? I surely hope so, but perhaps you can see how easily our freedom could be lost literally overnight.

Hitler's Gestapo and Stalin's KGB both made their arrests at 4am, and so do our security forces, they have learned well.

Of course you do not know what is happening until someone from the 'authorities' calls on you later that day, they have the regulation iPad to take notes on and check your family off the list, then give you a 'temporary' ID card that will allow you to get supplies from a designated supermarket, you are given a time during which you can visit and purchase goods.

The military soldier accompanying them asks whether you "have any weapons in the house, SIR" and when you say of course, he requests that you "show him where they are SIR" and then duly writes a receipt for them and requisitions them 'for you own safety SIR".

Apparently under the current state of emergency, you can be imprisoned or shot for possession of weapons, the Constitution has been suspended (temporarily).

Now you realise why there are constant gun battles raging in the background.

You notice that your new ID card (temporary) has a colour and numeric coding on it, and likewise you house has a sticker pasted on the front door, these are to show that you are a compliant citizen (SIR) and you wonder whether this is good or bad.

All your life you have obeyed the rule of law, paid your taxes and tithed faithfully into your church, you don't drink except at ballgames and have never been unfaithful, except on the internet, which you think does not count.

What do you do, today you received a 'temporary' ID card, your drivers license and photo ID is no longer sufficient to buy food, in the 'emergency' you dare not go out except when it's a specific time to go buy groceries, and you have seen on the news that all citizens are to be chipped with a 'grain of sand' RFID chip that will enable HLS to quickly determine who is deemed compliant and who is not.

Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:

(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

OK, we are ahead of ourselves, we don't get to the chip for a while yet, right now let's examine how we could get to this situation.

Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities, mentioned right is a good start.

This order allows the President to declare an emergency and take complete control, this of course is contrary to the US Constitution, which seperates the three power bodies and was designed to ensure that this could not happen.

It has happened, and it's there ready to be implemented whenever they wish to call upon it.

If you 100% believe (still?) that your government is there to serve you the people, and are conditioned to being a 'compliant' law abiding citizen, then your thoughts are probably, I have nothing to fear.

After reading the scenario above, are you really sure?

But American soldiers and police officers would never allow that to happen, may be your thinking, but in fact 10 years of overseas service where men are forced to obey orders and suppress any opposition is hard to undo, especially if the soldier comes from a different community and has been indoctrinated to obey all commands without hesitation or questioning.

Have you ever seen a policeman who sided with anyone who was disobedient to their commands?

OK the above video was a Ron Paul advert, and pushing one candidate over another is not the point of this hub, personally I think Paul is Americas only hope of avoiding the above scenario, but as I am not an American citizen, it makes no difference anyway.

If I were, Paul would get my vote.

I selected that video because it may show you what being occupied by the American Government Forces may provoke in you.

It's possible that the powers that are intent on taking over will use the UN to lock down America, and I have no doubt that those who are perceived as being a threat to this takeover will be removed early in the action, to be contained in FEMA centres or just plain killed.

Ask any Iraqi who you complain to when one of your family members disappears after a raid by troops, and don't think that this 'cannot happen here' that was the mistake made by the Germans, who elected a charismatic leader who promised change and was popular with the electors.

It did happen there.

You will not see it at first, you may even be pleased that the noisy party is closed down, and the file sharing site is seized by the Gestapo, and those nuisance youngsters will no longer be able to pester you or download stuff.

Fine, I accept that most folk cannot be bothered to be concerned about things they do not relish, but laws have a habit of being extended, and your turn to be shut up will come, unless you allow freedom for all to do as they wish within the law, and ensure that the laws stop getting made that restrict freedom and act without trial or legal process.

I can tell you that there are already more laws YOU could be arrested for than you could possibly imagine, nobody is immune IF the authorities choose to go after you.

WE ARE LIVING IN A POLICE STATE - AND IT WILL GET WORSE UNLESS YOU STOP IT.

And I realise I may lose some of you at this point, because we are going to go deeper into what, or more relevantly who, is behind what is happening not just in America, but all over our planet.

I'm sixty years old (and 45 years young) so I was born into a society that was vastly different from today, and although I say it was possibly better, nostalgia and hindsight must be taken into account when I say that.

But it was different, and surprisingly fixed and secure in it's lifestyle despite the threat of nuclear oblivion being held over our heads.

My generation heard about the Second World War from the survivors, and the survivors mainly wanted to live in an untroubled way, a simple life after a seven year war where they 'enjoyed' too much 'excitement' and danger.

There was a general agreement that anything which could stop future wars was good, and the aim was to improve the lives of everyone as best possible.

We saw the start of the welfare state in the UK, and the National Health Service which promised healthcare to everyone irrespective of the wealth of the patient. Currently you Americans are looking at this happening to you, and there are good and bad aspects of this, but that's another hub!

We saw new schools designed to break down class barriers and egalitarianism (a word I did not even understand or could spell when I was in school) and producing (they hoped) a new generation who would live in harmony with each other.

We saw the start of multiculturalism, as immigrants were encouraged (by the government) to enter the UK and do the jobs that our workforce did not wish to do. The people, originally just curious about these new 'strange' immigrants, rapidly became scared and hostile towards them.

Television ended at 11pm and as a child; we had one hour of children's TV dedicated to us.

Telephones were primarily reserved for rich folk and business people, and the invention of the 'transistor radio' was a massive leap forward in audio technology, allowing the first 'wireless' radio that we could carry with us, as we listened to the new 'pirate' radio stations which played music we liked, and had play-lists driven not by 'controllers' but by popular demand.

OK, so far I have covered in those words the years 1948 to about 1965, and then it all changed. or started to change anyway. I have a hub Summer of Love which describes the changes that started around then.

Those changes seemed to just happen, however in hindsight (and as we all know that is perfect) I see a much longer term plan emerging during those years, a plan that started more or less around the time that I set part one of this article in, i.e. during the Napoleonic Wars, when the Rothschild's gained control of the British Empires money supply, and the move to a global economy was started.

The Rothschild's may well be the pre-eminent force behind these moves, they may even be the current world rulers in New World Order status, but they are still just minions compared to the force behind these moves to enslave humanity.

We (that's humanity in general) are in a battle that has raged for thousands of years and seems to be reaching a climax.

Our enemy is the power and authority that holds this planet in it's control, and by default has dominion over every person born on it.

My passport states that as a natural born citizen of the United Kingdom I have the right to abode there, and the same rules apply to any natural born citizen of any country.

It used to state that I was a 'subject of Her Majesty' but that has been dropped ages ago, now I am just a citizen.

My passport also tells me that it belongs to her Majesties Government, and may be withdrawn at any time, so in effect they have rights over me, they claimed me at birth (or more precisely when my parents registered me with them) and have the right to do as their laws allow them to do.

When I was growing up, the English legal system was a vastly different thing from that which it is today.

A citizens rights to privacy and freedom were much greater, but over the intervening years those rights have been diminished gradually to a point where effectively they are non existant.

For Americans; the Patriot Act removed all your 'rights' and left you with arbitrary privileges.

Those privileges can be removed by the signature of whoever sits in the Oval Office, you have in effect a de facto King enshrined again over you, and like monarchies of old, the power is transferred, maybe not to a son, but certainly to the next approved ruler.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you elect or select your Presidents, you do not, they are presented to you for legal endorsement and ratification of their powers.

I refer to is the age long battle between Good and Evil, or simply expressed, God and the Devil, who is refered to as Lucifer or Satan, however folk view him.

I simply call him 'the enemy' for that is what he is, our enemy, and our enemy is a liar, murderer, deceiver and destroyer, whose one function and aim is to stop humanity reaching out to God.

Unfortunately, we belong to him (as in; we are under his authority) until we change our 'citizenship' from the kingdom of the world to the Kingdom of God.

I left the UK in 1986, and moved to Spain.

That was changing my residential status, and as such I passed from English Law to Spanish law holding the authority over me.

I left the kingdom of the world, and my former master (the enemies) authority in 1992, and renounced my world citizenship in favour of becoming a citizen in the Kingdom of God, under the authority of Christ, the last 20 years have taught me much about how these two kingdoms differ, and how one serves one or the other, there is no default third choice to make or fall back on, and believing that YOU control your life is merely confirmation that you have bought the enemies deception hook, line and sinker.

When I left the kingdom of the world,and entered the Kingdom of God, I also changed authorities, as any believer must in order to be classed as a citizen in Gods Kingdom, if you have not changed kingdoms, then you are liable to face the alternative, that morning after which nothing will ever be the same again, and not in a positive good manner, but in a way that will show you that you are now a slave to the world system, and there will be no more illusions that you are a free person, just the stark reality that you are powerless to refuse, except by becoming an outlaw and facing death without trial, just as earlier outlaws did.

I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains [just one grain; it never becomes more but lives] by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces many others and yields a rich harvest.

Anyone who loves his life loses it, but anyone who hates his life in this world will keep it to life eternal. [Whoever has no love for, no concern for, no regard for his life here on earth, but despises it, preserves his life forever and ever.]

If anyone serves Me, he must continue to follow Me [to cleave steadfastly to Me, conform wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying] and wherever I am, there will My servant be also. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.

You can bet your bottom dollar on it, for when the world makes rules that countemand Gods word, we have no alternative but to refuse those rules, to deny them any legitimacy in our lives.

Currently the NWO bides it's time until the chaos is completed, until the world financial systems, all within their control, have been collapsed and until humanity screams out for order out of chaos, this is the plan, this is plotted and provided for, your choice will come at some time, you will be required to decide, join the thong clamouring for security in a false NWO, or become an outlaw and resist what will happen.

The choice will be made, either take the enemies mark and swear allegiance to the NWO and their objectives, or rebuke the NWO and put your trust in Christ, place yourself under His authority, and risk losing your temporal life, but retaining your eternal existence.

Now you know who really runs the world, and the choice is yours, but whether you make it this day, or when the day of no return happens, you will make it.

Only fair you should know the alternatives available to you.
