Why would anyone want to kill other people? Unless of course they actually believe that there are people out there who deserve to die? How can they be sure that the people they kill deserve to die?

Good point about the Bush administrations lies to start an invasion of Iraq. However, the people in the military were just following orders and did so out of false pretenses. The question was why do people sign up for the army.
There was more than one question that could be answered to lolita... How can they be sure that the people they kill deserve to die? and What could they justify killing people with?
They couldn't be sure that the people they killed deserved it. I think it was in the Vietnam War (or maybe the WW's) that they had a saying: "When in doubt, shoot them all, let God sort them out." In war, kill or be killed.
Lolita, I answered it. Those who sign up (voluntarily) This "my country is in danger I will die protecting it"
"There is no murder in war"
License to kill.
