Romney's Bain Capital owns Clear Channel, the largest radio station programmer in the country. There are 866 radio stations, along with Premiere Radio Networks. It produces and distrubutes 90 syndicated radio programs, serving 5,800 radio station affiliates with 213 million weekly listeners. Some of the programs are quite familiar: the Rush Limbaugh Show, the Sean Hannity Show, and Glenn Beck. So Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck are really working for Romney, as he has a controlling stake in Bain Capital (that is hidden in Cayman Islands).

Clear Channel Communications, a subsidiary of CC Media Holdings, which is a venture sponsored by Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners, is controlled by Mitt Romney, who hasn't worked for Bain Capital(let alone Thomas H. Lee Partners) for over a decade, and no longer has a managerial/executive position, nor a controlling interest in Bain Capital(let alone Thomas H. Lee Partners)...

    Right?

Sorry, no. Rush doesn't work for Romney.

Any way you look at it, money talks. And Bain is probably no different than the way Romney left it....that's all I'm sayin'.

No, you were saying that Romney essentially owns right-wing radio media.

Where is the proof that Romney still has controlling interest in Bain?

According to Forbes Romney is still getting "carried interest" income from Bain.

After Romney left Bain in 1999 to run the Salt Lake City Olympics, he negotiated a deal that gave him carried interest in Bain funds set up for a decade after his departure–and hence a stream of retirement income taxed at low rates. By contrast, executives of big public companies get taxed on their cushy deferred compensation at the 35% rate.

Carried interest is nothing like a controlling interest.

Speaking of Bain, here's a comment by James Taylor at the Dem convention:

Dr Billy, where do you get your information that Romney controls Bain?
