The US has recently reveal warnings of possible toothpaste and shoe bombs to the airline industry. I don't deny the credibility of this statement. But do you think that this is more of a redemption to their NSA prism program by saying "SEE, OUR SPYING CAN DO GOOD FOR THE SOCIETY" ? The irony to me is that no one really dare to question the credibility but rather choose to believe these reports collected by the Spying agencies. what are your take on this issue?
To me it feels more like the US trying to earn credits in diplomacy. To them, its like since our spying prograns are known already, lets show the world our ability in preventing terrorism
