Obamacare Repeal has failed, will that trigger a 2001-style recession?

On 7/17/17, the GOP failed to pass repeal of Obamacare.  Along with that failure went the anticipated hundreds of billions of dollars in "savings".  These savings were to fund both the corporate tax cut and the Trump infrastructure programs.

As Trump and the GOP like to point out, the stock market has been soaring since Trump won (although the economy hasn't improved or declined from Obama growth rates).  Normally, market growth results from anticipated economic growth. ... but not this time.

It seems the growth since Nov 2016 has been fueled mainly by Trump's promise to cut corporate taxes (and anticipated increase in corporate profits as a result).  Now that corporate tax cuts (or at least their size) is in jeopardy, how will the market react?
