His father, Governor Mario Cumo bridge.
    Is this a good idea?
The sleezeness of this act in the dark of night not withstanding, Why is this stupid? And cost taxpayers...

By renaming anything in the public domain, which a Bridge is one, you are incurring costs to replace many road signs.
The labor cost to replace all these signs.
    The maps are obsolete...
    The GPS are obsolete.
Added confusion for drivers...especially visitors from outside the area.

By contrast, why not honor his father with something more meaningful?
How about a tax reduction bill for all of New Yorkers, the highest taxed State in the nation, and call that the Mario Cuomo Tax Reduction Bill of 2017.
