It  would be far better for America and Americans in the short and in the long run if Trump were a totally corrupted President , including Russian collusion , than to suffer a totally  corrupted News Media and the amount of B.S.  we have experienced in the last three years .
But,  such an incredible political sacrifice  at it's alter still doesn't make it so !

I wonder how the left and it's media can live with such treasonous mentality ?

That's nuts, Ahorseback. The tyrant that you slavishly follow is one where giving him a free pass is more important than the tyranny that you seem to want to accommodate in his defense.

But he does have a point.  A free, and honest, media is incredibly important.  When everything we hear is little more than a political or ideological ad, well, it might as well be a source completely controlled by a government.

Perhaps, but the claim of media bias and it sources may well be in itself subject to bias, from my point of view. There is no excuse for allowing any politician to get away with mayhem to feed the hysteria from Ahorseback's left wing phobia.

I don't buy the left wing media bias stuff, just see it as an excuse the other side uses to justify why their policies are not as widely accepted as they would like.

That's my whole point Wilderness ,  the whole point .  And that pendulum too swings , so let's  continue with this incessant  polarity ?   In spite of my rep here , even I see that imaginary and converging point in the distance where two parties CAN call for  term limits , institute bi-partisan legislation , eliminate the two party -BS . drain the swamp etc.......

BUT none of which is possible without a decent media .

Presidents come and go ,  good ,bad or indifferent and history will judge them all best ! BUT ,  the very industry with the most integral representation  of free speech existing in a cloud of bias and indifference to reality ?
Not just mine but all of our realities .

And that doesn't bother you ?  This is exactly what I mean when I say the left loves "the history of now ".

Yet , they do ,  To me that shows more political corruption in general FROM the left .
Why would either of any TWO party system in America  want an ideologically  "stacked" news media ?   A corrupted sense of mass communication ?  Unless .........that same party was supportive of another government altogether .     The left is actually  corrupting the first amendment of the constitution .

Yet the left is euphoric with that !
