i have a question about what qualifies you for unemployment benefits
the reason i ask is because i am current a deployed soldier and i have my employer holding my job for me when i get back but i dont go back to them for 90 days after i get back home i was wondering if i can collect unemployment benefits for those 90 days till i go back to work.

Thats ridiculous, if you can't find a job in your area in three years then move to where the jobs are. Unemployment is beginning to be a career for some people.
