The actual action of maintaining a form of street brothel, deciding on the clientele, keeping track of the girls/guys, making sure that none of your "workers" are killed and/or injured in other ways that render them incapable of bringing in money, making sure your girls give you the proper percentage of their earnings, protecting them from being used and abused, making sure the Johns pay, so forth and so on? One would think it'd take a little bit of business knowledge, if not an abundance of skill, time management, and the ability to hire yourself some muscle...
You also would have to take into account finding ways to make sure that your "business" was discreet and efficient...
Just theorizing, however. Couldn't give you a perfectly honest and spot-on answer, considering I've never been involved in a situation of the sort.
