I think it is a foregone conclusion... the U.S. President is definitely the most powerful President or Leader, currently. Every country seems to be looking at what Mr. Obama says these days.
The United States is currently the dominant power in the world. That being said, the U.S. president is the world's most powerful leader.
For now, its the US President.. But soon it will be the Chinese Government..
