Why take time and love, listen, care, give, to elderly people in your family?
1, because they probably did it for you when you were young, so you are just returning the favour.
2, because you would hope that you would be treated in the same way by your own children when you are old.
Looking after your family, old or young, should be a natural instinct.
They are an invaluable resource and cannot be replaced once they pass on.
