care, home health care and hospice to name a few. I have a friend that is a RN there and she has nothing good to say about this company, from the care they give the elderly to how to treat their employees. Just to give you an idea, if the corp. is not making a profit at one of their facilites the managers are told to do whatever it takes to bring costs down even if it means cutting on care or firing good employees to bring on new ones at lesser pay if the cost if not brought down then the excess is taken out of the managers bonus and then the management goes after the employees.
