Do you think Our Courts are more about the Money or the Justice?
If so why did you experience this personally?
Take the Supreme Court decision concerning Citizens United. The court seemed to be operating in openly and nakedly partisan mode on this one. As "citizens" all of us are directly affected by it. This is the decision that says corporations can spend unlimited amounts of money directly on political campaigns and candidates. This will only further crowd out the voices of the "little guy," it seems to me.
To ask if the courts are more about money or justice is a bit misleading, if I may say so. It has a lot to do with capitalism. For the ruling class, things that preserve, defend, and promote their Interests (read money and property) are good and in fact, "just" things. For the ruling class the protection of their material interests is JUSTICE!
