Why do you think a person becomes a bully?
I am perplexed by the sheer numbers of horrid news accounts that show the accused of all different kind of crimes have pretty much always been know to be a bully.
Though this probably sounds cliche, I think it comes from a lack of self-confidence, and a pathological need to put others down to make themselves seem better. I think it comes from media, kids see something like Jersey Shore, and they think it's okay to intimidate or physically injure others.
A bully to Me is someone who is very insecure about themselves.
Bullies are created for the most part, not born that way.
Failing to build self-esteem, encourage exploration and quality education are things that create bullies. Bad parenting, in my humble opinion. For some, the encouragement of teachers and those in authority putting our youth down instead of building them up.
A sad state of affairs, but if we can own up to it perhaps we can help the next generations to succeed where we failed.
There not loved as a child or they've been abused so this is a way the let the anger within out!

Why are people hateful for no reason?I've noticed now on Hubpages, instead of just straight up answering a question, people will attack other people in their answer. For example, they start criticizing religious people when the question has nothing to do with religion. It's like their answer is...
