Should Democratic legislators that don't show up for work be impeached?

Democrats in Wisconsin are still in hiatus and are holding up the show. I think its time to make them accountable. What's your take on this? If Joe Schmuck doesn't show up for work he gets fired, right?

They aren't doing anything impeachable, like it or not, and it could be argued that in fighting any way they can for their constituents, they are doing exactly what they are supposed to do as elected officials.

Are officials elected to represent their electors or their constituents? Governor Walker was elected by a mandate to reduce his state's deficit by a majority of Wisconsin voters. But there is “substantial” opposition to Walker’s proposals, including much opposition from bussed-in non-Wisconsin protestors. It may be appropriate to put the question to a referendum and let the voters of the State decide. In that case, the Democrats are doing their job to keep the bill off the floor. Otherwise they look like the spoiled child taking his ball home before his opponent can make the winning basket.
