    Who really won on the 2010-2011 budget continuing resolution negotiations ?


    Who really won on the 2010-2011 budget continuing resolution negotiations this past week?President '' I '' Obama, Republicans,Democrats, the unions or the Taxpayers?

    The 2010 budget reduced the deficit, so I suppose the people won.  The 2011 budget was filibustered...never came up for a vote. 

    The recent negotiation isn't over.  It hasn't been passed by the Senate yet.  All we know for sure is that no one in the negotiations wanted the government to shut down.  We have no way of knowing what transpired in the private meeting. 

    Sounds like a little bait and switch to me.  They are making cuts from the 2011 budget.  A 2011 budget never passed.

    The 2011 budget never got to the floor.Where did you get information that the 2011 budget was filibustered?
