Does your area allow women to walk around top-less?
here in Ontario it is allowed though rarely practiced. to me it should be a personal choice but it seems the government even has a say in how people dress when they walk around.
wew...of course that is not good and it is prohibited by law..mm maybe for some occasion your govt. consider it...but it is not good for the public.
No, but we have some topless beaches down in Miami (about an hour and a half south of me).
Not at all, being in a Muslim majority country, it is out of the question but some foreign student who was intoxicated and did go topless and was charged for indecent exposure.
I think some women should be encouraged to walk around naked. I vote for Kate Beckinsale.
Certainly not! Don't think the ladies in the Women's Institute would allow it ... and it might scare the horses too.
Posted from lil' ol' England ...
you should get the right to... just in specific places where children are prohibited. i woulnt want my kid( if i had one) around nude ladies all the time!

heya! To make your hubs less commercial don't you think you should allow comments? Or won't your...employer allow that? I almost think this hub is very close to being in a gray area, and that the Florida Board may have a problem with it.
