Next door Illinois must permit it because there are hundreds of thousands of gang bangers just in Chicago alone who are walking around with guns stuffed into their underwear.
Jack, I was born and raised in Illinois and have always had an issue with its gun laws. It remains one of the most difficult States for a citizen to obtain a firearm or a concealed permit. In fact, I don't think they are issued under any circumstance. Hence, I now live in an open-carry State with no intention to return.
