Should Congress be made smaller in order to lower the possibilities of political gridlock?
What would you choose, a smaller Congress that offers less representation but quicker decisions, or a larger Congress (like we have now) that offers more representation but more time wasted making decisions?
You could also ask whether a person favors an autocracy (rule by one person; may or may not be elected), or true plural democracy (achieved virtually; ofc).
Ultimately though, Americans are railroaded into two fairly similar political directions. Even Weimar Germany had 8 major parties. The Nazi Party, before the burning of the Reichstag, had gained a 'substantial' plurality by having 38%.
I would suggest that we have a larger congress, only if we as a people changed to support more political parties.
Would decision making be slower? Yes. Less governance is good governance in my opinion, and the only things passed would be emergency measures, trully beneficial law, or (in the worst case) incredibly ugly compromise bills.

It is true that Pres. Trump ended Pres. Obama's DACA program. It is also true that the terminated program could be described as a bandaid fix for a problem that, I think, constitutionally, and realistically requires a legislative fix.DACA was a temporary solution from its beginning. DACA...
