What Are Your Thoughts On The National Defence Authorization Act?
This has recently passed both houses of Congress. It will have dire effects on liberties. It will be the end of the Republic! It contains the end of POSSE COMITATUS! It bars miltary from domestic operations. It gives the pentagon the right to secertly Arrest and Hold Americans without trial! Having passed congress this information is publicly available!
From what you are saying obviously perons rights and freedom would be infringe upon. The trial part is serious situation ,what if you are innocent and unable to challenge this ,because you may not have the money. Innocent until proven guilty gone through the window. Can this be repeal or is it a done deal.
