Marijuana: Just Drugs, Medicine, or Something Inbetween?

You would think with all the opposition marijuana gets, you'd think someone died from smoking pot. Oh ya...

Marijuana certainly has some medicinal value.  It is also just as legitimate of a form of relaxation as  alcohol or tobacco.  It certainly does not cause the harm you would think from all of the laws and media coverage.

That is so true. You never hear about someone hitting someone head on and killing a family of 4 after hitting the bong, just the bottle.

Marijuana has been a medicine for thousands of years more than it's been an illegal herb in a nation dominated by persons so pathetically retarded as to be a waste of breath.

In fact, study after study shows that marijuana actually defends against cancers - where as the legal tobacco is full of carcinogens and is legal.

It's a perfect testimony to capitalism and mind control via mass media - the populace is so stupid that I can hardly comment on it.

Why is it illegal? - human ignorance, and the power of corporations to control stupidity.

No one will die from it only benefit from it. It is hated on by the conservatives but they smoking this sh$% too. They can't figure out how to tax it but the legalization there of is coming. Many states are jumping on the 215 proposition bandwagon and once the states are majority for legalization then it will become a federal statue. It is a drug and is not for everyone. It should have never been legalized. I can clearly drive high and not after I drink. Beer is legal and alcohol and is more deadly. That is a fact.

Look, I agree that it's kind of crazy that this is illegal, but when you really think about it. Do you really want to remove the only "cool" drug that doesn't actually harm people? Making marijuana illegal will just make it worse. Also, who wants to pay taxes on marijuana?!

I think Marijuana is great and i just wanted to share that! Lmao.

But i do see the medicinal helpful sides of it as well. I'm a person who has had bad eye sight all of my life and it leads to bad headaches from overstrain time to time. The doctors say that it could be the result of a forming glaucoma developing behind my eye balls.

Since i've started back smoking marijuana, my eye sight has since balanced out and the headaches have ceased.

I think it was marijuana what once saved my life, and I am sure that the chemical bullshit produced by the pharma mafia almost killed me.

Marijuana is an herb that has been abused by over-indulging with smoking it. Some studies show that marijuana is a herb that can be sprinkled in some foods, snacks, and even candy. It can benefit people with health problems that require marijuana as a medication.

I most def. believe it should be legalized  and i believe it will be soon. You have presidential candidate's talking about it like Ron Paul. There is too many people that enjoy it and need it for medical reasons not too. Once the Government figures how much they can make off of it, they will get it done. You know they always trying to make a buck.
