The same values as all politicians -- How many plausible lies can I get away with, that will allow me to gain and retain power.
My response to your question would be: opposition to gay marriage, transgender marriage and/or surgery to change these people, opposition to sex education in our schools (after all, it's been there for a while now and things aren't getting any better!)... I believe that one of the biggest "core values" is the right of Americans to own firearms, to home school our children, to oppose abortion except in rare and unusual circumstances, etc.
