It would be foolish to trust any government because of the power it wields. We must vigilantly monitor our government and the decision makers and act quickly when they attack our Liberty. This does not mean that the government is neccessarily bad but the potential always exists for tyranny to take over. This is the primary reason the founders included the second amendment in the Bill of RIghts.
worlds government has murder more people that ALL OTHER DEATH COMBINE. THE UNITED STATE government has cause more death that all murders and gangs combine. the government for the people by the people has been taken over by political gangster and how a world with so much evil can be trusted
In the last five decades alone, our government has done more against the American people, than our enemies.
War, Outsourcing American Jobs, Unemployment, and as horrible as these issues are---none has torn my heart out like the loss of American lives on foreign soil. What has the government sacrificed? How many sons and daughters did they lose?
I know there are good people in government who try to do the right thing for the American people—but the bad has eaten away at the good, until they are very few. It is sad day for our forefathers who had great ambition for the future.
Trust is something earned---so far they do not have it. I trust the good judgement and common sense of the American people.
Nothing wrong with trust. Remember the check and balance system.

How open are you to a MAJOR change in American politicsIf we want to change washington, we have to change ourselves first. We have to change our expectations. We have to raise them. Washington's results mirror our expectations, and polls show we don't expect much.
