What city has the best mass transit system?
I'm an urbanite looking at cities for relocation.
The US, but I'll accept other countries as an answer just out of curiosity.
US has BART. Tokyo is said to an overcrowded but highly efficient rapid transit system.
Forget about London, it is useless unless you want to get from dockland to the aerodromes, but it is said that Cambridge in the UK not US has got it's transit sy
I heard that NYC has the best transit, also Chicago is pretty good. They both have subways, trains and buses that run all day and night. Of course the cost of living is much higher in these cities. Portland Oregon and Washington DC is also good for mass transit.

During vacations it is sometimes very difficult to decide which city of the world to visit as there are different opinions with in the family.....if there is some sort of top best cities list available it could be a good handy decision.Thanks.
