Are you unemployed, if so for how long? What reason or reasons do you believe you cannot get a job?
This is not to look down on anyone. I have been unemployeed for a while now too.
I worked for my brother in his restaurant, was a realtor, and had experience in the insurance business, sales, newspaper reporting, and about a dozen other jobs through the years, but recently I couldn't find a part time job. Apart from the current economy, and that there are around 1,000 applications for every position, the problem is, many years ago, I quit college within months of my bachelors and I never went back. So between no degree, and the fact that I'm 62 and being interviewed by teenagers, my chances were pretty slim.
I have been running into some of the same things. A lot of experience, but with the bad economy and many applicants along with my age and inexperienced interviewers are a great combination to keep you unemployed. Thank for reading and responding.
