Are you concerned about government invasion of privacy?

Has the government gone too far in violating our privacy rights in their attempts to make us safer?

i know our government has and if i lived in the U.S. i would be freaking out by now. Canada is getting bad but the loss of freedom in the U.S. is just down right depressing.

Of course...and you should be too. Right now Congress is considering CISPA, a law that would allow any government agency or law enforcement official to obtain a complete log of ALL of ANYONES internet activities. The Department of Justice is complaining about having to obtain warrants to obtain cell phone data, including the mobile internet usage. If you add in the Trans Pacific Partnership, TPP, and their behind doors policy making, virtually all of the bill of rights could be destroyes. It has been rumored also that in the closed door sessions of the TPP that the use of proxy and VPN's to circumvent privacy invasion and censorship has bee discussed...and probably not in a good light.
