Do you believe that your vote counts in the presidential election or is the outcome predetermined?
No. The outcome is NOT determined by no means. I think electoral votes are the definite deciding factor.
I would definitely prefer if we used the popular voting system instead of the electoral system. I do not believe the overall election is predetermined by any means, however, there is not much motivation to vote when you live in the far right state of Texas since you know it will vote Republican.
