Does anyone know Obama's plans for helping the middle class?

I am still deciding on who to vote for. I hear a lot of talk about helping the middle class, but no plans. Being in the lower side of middle class I feel most of what I do hear will hurt us. Has anyone heard real plans?

If I'm not mistaken, Obama has indicated we should stay the course, and do more of the same with respect to the actions that have been taken to improve the economy.

if that his strategy, then expect that discussion of a plan would be limited to that, since specifics like 'bailing out large bankrupt companies', 'bailing out the banks', bailing out solar companies', and creating more disguised taxes on the middle class (Health Care), just don't sound all that appealing to those who have watched the power of their own hard-earned dollars go down.

But no, no real plans, and if his strategy is to 'stay the course', then expect to see all advertising efforts will go into seeking to make us care about everything but the plan to improve the economy.  He'll get a lot of help from his friends with that.

I'm a big fan of keeping things simple. I try to evaluate politicians by the things they do directly for people, not by things they say will maybe possibly happen somewhere down the line. So for example when Republicans talk about tax breaks for companies that might create jobs, I'm not interested. Give me a job creation plan or stop wasting my time.

Obama hasn't been much better. Did the banks get bailed out? Heck ya they did, to the tune of trillions of dollars. Did the bankers get in trouble? Nope, lots of them got big fat bonuses. Has Obama fixed the housing crisis? Stopped foreclosures and evictions? Nope, he hasn't really done much about that at all. So, who does he work for? Well, I'd say he works for those that he helps directly. Basically, Wall Street.

Compare that to Jill Stein, the Green Party Presidential candidate. A Green New Deal that will create 25 million jobs, a single-payer Medicare-for-all healthcare system, bringing troops home, immediately put an end to evictions and foreclosures, forgive student debt, livable wages, financial and political reform to put the system back in the hands of the people, etc. Stein's campaign refuses to take corporate money so they will be beholden to no one but the people. Stein and her running mate, Cheri Honkala, were recently arrested for protesting the Fannie Mae evictions of two Philadelphia residents. Can you see Obama or Romney doing that? Heck Romney has probably never even seen a closet smaller than a jail cell.

I wasn't necessarily trying to make this about Jill Stein. My only point is that if Obama wanted to do something for the middle class, those are the kinds of things he should be saying and talking about but isn't. Obama is a sinking ship. It won't go as fast as Romney, but still...

Maybe you have never worked hard enough and saved long enough to own something you could rent for retirement income...  "Stopping Foreclosures?"  Stopping Evictions?  Foolishness. Get out of my hard earned back pocket!  Get a Job work for your own $

Hmmm probably:  Helping the rich get richer and the poor getting poorer... and then squeezing the middle class into one of the other two categories...

Obama is a socialist.. .he wants the unemployment vote... he wants the money from the very rich.  socialists want Machiavellian state so ending the middle class is part of their game.  Study that word Machiavellian and you will understand their game.
