What will the coming global currency be called?
I really hope I'm wrong but I do see some indications that in the future there will be an attempt to have one global currency. If so, what do you think it will be called i.e. planetary credits, global credits, etc.? What are your ideas in this regard---please no joking. Thanks!
"money"? If it's a global currency there would be not need for a 'fancy' name it just could be called "money" e.g that'll be 5 money please. But if it has to have some other name it could be dollars because a lot of countries already call their currency dollars.
We'll probably use the terms for money that they had in futuristic shows like Star Trek & Battle Star Gallatica.
Worthless. Most currencies are backed by nothing, and a global one would have to follow suit. People would barter before they'd depend on it.
That's if it comes atall. It's a leap to assume so.
